After your call, we’ll send you a consent form to complete. Don’t worry—if you need assistance, we can help guide you through the form over the phone.

3. Appointment Confirmation

Once the form is completed, we’ll schedule a date and time for an appointment that works for you.

4. Insurance

If you have insurance, let us know! We’ll provide you with a quote for the session based on your insurance coverage.

5. On the Day of Your Appointment

For in-person sessions, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to complete any necessary paperwork and ensure a smooth start to your appointment.

For online appointments you will receive a link via text for your virtual session. Be sure to join the video appointment from a private, quiet space for the best experience.

6. Need to Cancel?

If you need to cancel, please give us a call within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment to avoid any cancellation fees.
